YuanKai 3D Printing provides the following services: Industrial 3D Printing, Rapid Prototyping, Metal 3D Printing, Post-Processing. Specific service content is subject to the agreement signed by both parties.
The intellectual property rights of 3D model files provided by clients belong to the clients. We promise to keep clients' design files confidential and will not use client products for display or other commercial purposes without client permission.
Standard delivery time is 24-48 hours after order confirmation. Clients can raise quality objections within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will provide rework or refund services based on the specific situation.
We accept bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc. Large orders can be paid in installments. Invoices will be issued after project completion.
We are not responsible for product quality issues caused by incorrect design files provided by clients. We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure.
